How often do you service domestic homes?

We offer residential cleaning services on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your preference. Additionally, some of our clients opt for a bi-weekly service, giving you more flexibility to prioritize other aspects of your life.

How Many Cleaners Will Come?

We offer a range of packages and service options to best match your needs You have the flexibility to book either one or two cleaners, and we’ll ensure they are matched to the specific cleaning services you require and their availability at the scheduled time. How Do I Change My Cleaning Schedule?

Can I postpone my clean whilst I am away?

Certainly, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice of at least 24 hours prior to your cancellation to avoid any associated fees.

Do you provide the equipment and cleaning products?

Yes, we furnish cleaning supplies for all our services. Our Field Staff utilize carefully chosen products and chemicals, ensuring they are child-friendly and pet-friendly. However, if you have a preference for a particular brand of cleaning products, feel free to request that your cleaner use your supplies instead. We’re happy to accommodate your preferences.

What about my pets?

Kindly inform us beforehand if you have pets, especially dogs. Typically, we request that you make arrangements to ensure your pet does not hinder the work of our Cleaners.

How do I pay?

We accept credit and debit card details upon booking your service.
For your peace of mind, all your details are secure, and you will not be charged until your service is completed.

Do you offer discounts for ongoing services?

Yes, we sure do! We offer a 15% discount for weekly, 10% discount for fortnightly, and 5% off monthly services (every 4 weeks).

How much does a flat rate vs. an hourly clean cost?

The pricing for a flat rate clean is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, while our hourly cleans are $45/hr for a one time service. Both types of house cleans are eligible for our recurring discounts; 15% off every week, 10% off every 2 weeks, 5% off every 4 weeks.

Do I pay for the whole time if the cleaner finishes an hourly service early?

No, you do not pay for the whole time if your cleaner finishes an hourly service early. You will only pay for the time that the cleaner spends cleaning. We can adjust your next booking accordingly if less time is needed for a regular service.

How much do house cleaning extras cost?

We have a number of extras you are able to add on to your service. These can be found on the booking form and on our services page. If you would like to talk through your specific needs, please call our team on 1300 37 37 90.

How Do You Train Your Cleaners?

To guarantee great service quality, our cleaners have a 2-day rigorous training workshop before beginning their jobs at Clean Guys. This ensures that they deliver exceptional services from day one. We Teach cleaners how to prioritise tasks, manage their time effectively, and work efficiently. Regularly evaluate cleaners’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Our cleaning supervisors conduct onsite training to train them on different cleaning techniques and tools for various surfaces. 

Are Your Cleaners And The Company Covered For Public Liability

Yes, our cleaners are covered by Public Liability Insurance. This means that if the cleaner damages or injures someone, you are covered.

Are Your Cleaners Police-Checked?

Can I change my Cleaner?

Yes, great care is taken to allocate a Cleaner suited to your needs. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your service, all it will take is a phone call to our office.
